Commonly people have to take 2 packs every day and the two packs pill should be taken after meals 30 minutes later, for herbal medicine is hard to digest and may hurt your stomach before meals. If you think that those pills are hard to be finished in three times, you also can divide them into four or more times, but you have to finish them in one day.
